The videos and images are horrified. Probably, by targeting the North Indians the Thackerays are giving a signal that Mumbai should part with rest of India. But that can only be a day-dream as Mumbai is a melting-pot in which you see more of outsiders contributing to its economic development than the locales. I am surprised by the inaction of police and State Government on the whole episode of 'Gunda Gardi'. Just can't imagine what would happen if Thackereys were in power.
